MR. MOHAMMED ASIBELUA
Executive Chairman – Nigerian
Mr. Asibelua is a leading Nigerian businessman with over 16 years experience in the Energy industry. He is involved with various projects in the upstream and downstream sectors of the Oil & Gas industry in the Gulf of Guinea.
Mr. Asibelua is the Executive Chairman and founder of Amber Petroleum Limited. He also holds majority equity interest in OML 14 Tom Shot Bank through Associated Oil & Gas Services. He also the Chairman of Arcadia Petroleum Nigeria Limited. In the past, Mr. Asibelua worked with Arcadia Petroleum Limited UK for 10 years where he secured crude oil contracts totaling 250,000 barrels per day (bpd) and petroleum products contracts of 480,000 metric tons (MT) per annum. In 2005, Mr. Asibelua was appointed as Chairman of Aspen Group Limited, an oil service company operating in the Gulf of Guinea.
Mr. Asibelua holds a B.Sc. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
MRS. FATI MOHAMMED ASIBELUA
Director – Nigerian
Mrs. Fati Asibelua is an alumnus of the prestigious Richmond American International University, United Kingdom, and also completed her Masters in International Communication and Development at the City University London. Most recently, Mrs. Asibelua received a Diploma in Fashion Marketing and a Masters in Fashion Styling from the Instituto Marangoni Milan, Italy.
Mrs. Fati Asibelua is the Creative Director of Momo Group, an indigenous fashion group in Nigeria. Momo Group and its subsidiaries design and manufacture shoes and handbags as well as home accessories. Momo Group currently has annual turnover of over $20 million USD employing over 200 staff across the globe.
MR. ANDREA ACCORRONI
Non-Executive Director - Italian
Mr. Andrea Accorroni is an accountant with an honorary degree in Business Administration from Constantinian University of New York for Entrepreneurial Merits. He is also the C.E.O. of IMT International S.p.A., a major leader in the manufacturing and sale of foundation and water well drilling rigs, a member of ADSC U.S.A.
MR. RICHARD PUSEY
Non-Executive Director - British
Mr. Richard Pusey is a partner of Beeley & Company UK. He has also worked for several international bodies as a Research Associate & Consultant including L.A.I. International, Korn/Ferry International and the P.S.D. Group London. He is a graduate of London Guild Hall University with a B.A. (Hons) in Business Studies.
