Equinox Realtors Receives Design Approval from AMMC

Abuja, Nigeria – Equinox Realtors Limited, the real estate management entity of Equinox Group Limited, received design approval from the Abuja Municipal Metropolitan Council (AMMC) for a new residence in one of the most prestigious areas of Maitama, Abuja.
Equinox Realtors contracted Julius Berger Nigeria Plc to carry out the demolition of the existing structure on site and construct the new residence. Equinox Realtors expects to break ground before the end of the year. The new residence promises to raise the benchmark for home construction in Nigeria.
