Mr. Maccido has over 12 years of experience in Oil trading; he brings to the Equinox Group a wealth of experience gained in crude oil operations in Nigeria & the West African Sub-region. His extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Government agencies in the Gulf of Guinea is an asset to the Group. Mr. Maccido is a Telecom Engineer by training; he earned his degree from the Kaduna Polytechnic and is an alumnus of the College of Petroleum Studies, United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Energy institute in the United Kingdom and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers in the United States.

Mr. Wayland has had a 30-year career with Schlumberger, ConocoPhillips, JKX. In addition, he also has extensive experience in the Nigerian oil and gas fields.

Mr. Saromi holds an MBA in General Management from Oxford, United Kingdom, and he is also a member of several professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He has previously worked with Afri-Projects Consortium Limited, Standard Trust Bank Limited, National Health Service (NHS), Oxford UK and NOP Research Limited

Mr. Dimmock has over 35 years experience in oil and gas operations and has held various high level management positions with BP, Equator, and Oando. In addtion, he has extensive experience in the operations in Nigeria.

Ms. George-Taylor comes from a management consulting background and is an Accenture Alumnus with almost a decade of extensive functional and technical experience delivering complex and high profile projects in the Energy industry. Some of the clients she has previously worked with include BG Group, Centrica, EDF Energy, United Utilities and Eir Grid . Ms. George-Taylor holds a BSc in Economics from the University of York and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Cubides has spent his entire professional career working for fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, General Electric and L-3 Communications. In both General Electric and L-Communications he worked as a division director for Latin America, combining over 25 years of experience in the territory. He brings to Equinox Group a wealth of experience in managing the cultural and political idiosyncrasies of the region as well as a network of senior lobbyist strategically placed in each country of interest.
